Kenneth is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) — a globally recognised designation from the AICPA & CIMA — bringing advanced expertise in management accounting, business strategy and financial leadership.

He spent more than 20 years as a Director in Treasury at Citibank, then the world's largest bank, with further senior roles at Barclays Africa and ABSA Bank. His career also spans the public sector at the City of Durban and several positions within the Unilever Group.

Kenneth is a qualified PRINCE2 Project Manager, holds a B.Comm (Accounting) from the University of Durban, and is an Associate Cost Management Accountant (CIMA). He previously served as Chairman of World Vision International South Africa.

At Tax Edge, Kenneth advises clients on banking, auditing, accounting, governance and financial management — delivering clear, commercially focused guidance in a complex regulatory environment.

Nontle brings over two decades of experience in finance, compliance and organisational development. She leads New Beginnings Business Solutions, a consultancy supporting NPOs, SMMEs, churches and community organisations across South Africa.

She is known for simplifying complex compliance requirements and helping organisations become funder-ready, sustainable and impactful — equipping individuals through accredited entrepreneurial training to build thriving businesses.

Her further certifications include B-BBEE Management (UNISA), ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (SABS) and Advanced Project Management. An ordained pastor, Nontle also serves as Trustee of the Centane Community Development Trust, Director of the Centre for Community Development and Justice, Director of Faith for Quality Education, and a member of the International Interfaith Ministry Alliance (US).
